Rebekah and Ollie

I knew that Rebekah and Ollie’s wedding would be a pleasure to photograph, as when I first talked with them about their plans, the focus was on giving the guests a fun and relaxed day, without too much fuss and ceremony. I started by taking some photos of Rebekah, her sister and her close friends getting ready at her parents’ home, where there were equal amounts of excitement and nerves… Rebekah’s friend Phoebe’s father then arrived to chauffeur her to the venue in his AMAZING Aston Martin DB6!

The venue for the ceremony and reception was the Rosendale pub in West Dulwich. The ceremony was lovely, with some thoughtful readings and personal vows, which ended in applause at the first kiss as a married couple! Then everyone headed out to the garden to enjoy their drinks in the gorgeous sunshine.

The loveliest thing about this day was the group efforts involved, Rebekah had made her own bouquet (and the bridesmaid and flower girl ones), Ollie and his family had decorated the venue, the vows were handwritten and their cake was made by a friend. These two are clearly loved by all their friends!

Both Rebekah and Ollie couldn’t keep the smile off their faces, and it was infectious! This was a really happy day for everyone involved, thank you both for sharing it with me. Below are a few of my favourite photos, followed by the full gallery…
